Apply SAFE! to walls, floors and any other hard non-porous surfaces with a cloth, mop or sprayer so as to thoroughly wet the surfaces.
Independent laboratory tests confirm a 99,9% kill within 5 minutes is achieved at the dilutions and on the bacteria shown:

SAFE! also passes the CLEANING EFFICACY TEST as per the standard test method of the South African Bureau of Standards, at the dilution rate of 1:50 with water.

The United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has endorsed SAFE! as "being effective against the AIDS virus on environmental surfaces" following the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) substantiating the AIDS virucidal claim (EPA Reg. No. 6836-77-1553). SAFE! also complies with the South African Compulsory Specification for Disinfectants & Detergent-disinfectants, and is registered with the South African Bureau of Standards (Reg. No. ACT29GNR529/247367/071/528) This confirms the product's bactericidal and virucidal claims.
Extensive tests carried out in the Medical Virology Department of Stellenbosch University also conclusively proved the effectiveness of SAFE! in the presence of blood and other bodily material in which HIV-1 is known to manifest itself. Dilutions of up to 1 in 1000 destroyed infectious HIV cultures in the presence of 20% serum, after a contact time of 10 minutes at room temperature.
Blood and other bodily fluids must be cleaned from surfaces and objects using a 1:50 SAFE! solution. All blood, body fluids, cleaning material and clothing should be sprayed with, or placed in a 1:100 SAFE! solution. Wet cleaned surfaces with a 1:1000 solution and allow to remain wet for at least 10 minutes.
For normal daily protection and cleaning of washrooms, baths, toilets, tables, counter tops, hand rails etc., use a 1:100 solution.
SAFE! is an effective fungicide against Athlete's Foot Fungus when used in locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise areas, at dilutions of 1:100.
A 1:100 solution of SAFE! will effectively inhibit the growth of mould and mildew and the odours caused by them. Apply and allow solution to dry on surface. Repeat when growth returns.
